Ray White North Lakes are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, motivating environment and is ready to progress their Real Estate career.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a respected, high performing and highly driven sales team.
This role is both rewarding and challenging, providing exposure to all aspects of the listing and sales process while working alongside some of the industry's leading sales agents.
Work within a team providing support to 12 lead Sales Agents and their teams
Preparation of Appointment and Sale documentation
Manage listing through upload & launch process
Co-ordinate marketing material, open home advertising and process marketing changes
Liaise with Finance Controller for trust account allocation and distribution of marketing funds and contract deposits
Process contracts and condition follow-ups through to settlement
Contract condition management including liaising with solicitors & lead Sales Agents and their teams
Database management
The Candidate




Have a minimum 1 years' experience in a real estate administration role
Have a current Real Estate Registration Certificate
Be enthusiastic, organised and possess the ability to use their own initiative
Have a pleasant and professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills
Possess attention to detail whilst prioritising and working to deadlines
Have excellent communication skills - both oral and written
Have advanced computer skills & typing abilities and be confident learning new systems
