Job Description
National Disability Insurance Agency in Brisbane is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to guide a team delivering Auslan-first support via video to Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants and to ensure accessible, high-quality services within the NCC Operations team.
This role supports Indigenous communities and aligns with genuine occupational requirements; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Australia and Māori people in Aotearoa Recent Zealand
