About The Company
Our client is a Queensland civil construction contractor delivering roads, subdivisions, bridges, water and utilities infrastructure across the state.
Councils, Transport and Main Roads, developers and fuel retailers keep coming back because they turn up and finish.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to carry a portfolio of concurrent civil projects - subdivisions, TMR roadworks and service station builds - from tender handover to Off Maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owningprogramme, budget and forecastacross your portfolio
Resourcingplant, crews and subcontractorsacross competing sites




Managingclient and Superintendent relationships
Administeringvariations, EOTs, progress claims and notices
Leading supervisors and engineers, and owningsafety, quality and environmentalperformance
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Substantial civil delivery experiencerunning multiple projects at once
Subdivision delivery— earthworks, drainage, roadworks, services and handover
TMR experience— MRTS specs, ITPs, lot conformance and contract admin
Commercial control— able to read a cost report and explain the margin
CurrentQLD licence and Construction White Card, with willingness to travel
