Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Job responsibilities:
Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
