As Product Manager, AI & Emerging Technology, you'll help shape how TAL uses responsible innovation to deliver better experiences for our customers, partners and people.
Sitting within Digital Engineering, this role connects emerging AI capability with meaningful business outcomes, helping TAL safely explore, adopt and scale solutions that support our broader purpose of protecting Australians when they need it most.
With a focus on claims transformation and opportunities across underwriting, legal and customer operations, you'll play a key part in turning ideas into trusted, measurable capability that makes work simpler, decisions smarter and customer experiences more human.

Please note this role needs to be Sydney based.
Shape TAL's AI product vision and roadmap to deliver measurable business and customer value.
Prioritise AI investment across the portfolio to balance innovation, usability, feasibility and risk.
Drive adoption and value realisation through clear success measures and evidence-based decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to turn emerging AI capability into scalable product outcomes.
Align stakeholders across claims and the enterprise to ensure products meet user and business needs.
Embed responsible AI governance, privacy, security and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
