Your current role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer with a robust interest in commercial and retail leasing to join a growing team. Working directly with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise landlords, developers and business owners across a diverse portfolio of property assets.
Your work will include:
Commercial and retail leasing matters
Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documents
Advising on leasing strategy and risk management
Put and Call Option Agreements
General property transactions and advisory work
Direct client contact and relationship management
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3+ years' post-admission experience in property law
Strong experience in commercial and retail leasing
Exposure to Put and Call Option Agreements
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail
The confidence to manage client relationships and provide practical advice
A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your technical expertise
