Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for sport and student wellbeing?
Tara Anglican School for Girls is seeking a highly capableSports Coordinatorto support theHead of Sportin the delivery of our extensive and vibrant co-curricular sports program.
This is a pivotal role that combines administration, logistics and relationship management to ensure the smooth coordination of sporting competitions, events, training programs and representative opportunities.
Working closely with the Head of Sport, coaches, students, staff and families, you will play an integral role in creating outstanding sporting experiences for our girls.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of Sport with the day-to-day administration of the School's sports program
Coordinating fixtures, carnivals, competitions and sporting events
Managing communications with students, parents, coaches and sporting associations
Maintaining accurate records, schedules and sports-related databases




Assisting with team nominations, transport, venues and logistics
Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of girls' sport at Tara
About you:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Able to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Passionate about supporting student participation and achievement in sport
