An established early childhood education provider is seeking an exceptional Centre Director for a service in the Campbelltown area.
We're looking for a genuine leader.

The opportunity
Great Centre Directors do much more than manage rosters, budgets and compliance.
They create the environment in which everything else succeeds.
You'll have the opportunity to lead your centre with your own style, establish clear expectations, develop your leadership team and create a workplace where great educators want to stay.
You'll be trusted to make decisions and take ownership, while having senior leaders available when you need advice, resources or support.
Your focus will include:
Building an engaged, positive and high-performing team culture
Coaching, developing and retaining great educators and emerging leaders




Leading the day-to-day operation and performance of the centre
Maintaining excellent standards across quality, compliance and child safety
Driving occupancy and strengthening relationships with local families
Managing staffing, budgets and overall centre performance
Supporting the delivery of high-quality educational programs
Building genuine relationships with families and the local community
Identifying opportunities and making improvements that move the centre forward
Who we're looking for
We're not simply looking for someone who has held the title of Centre Director.
We're looking for someone who can lead.
You'll ideally bring:
Significant leadership experience within early childhood education and care
A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an appropriate equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
Confidence managing people, performance, occupancy and centre operations
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the numbers behind a successful centre
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
A leadership style that brings people with you
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
A leadership team that will back you
