We're looking for a fit, reliable and hardworking person to join our small lawn and garden team in Buderim.
Experience preferred, but attitude matters more.

The job:
Pay: Award rate to $40/hr + super (based on experience) Days: Monday–Friday Employment: Casual to start → potential full time Hours: Approx.
7am–2/3pm Lifestyle: No weekend work Gear: Work ute, trailer & commercial tools provided Base: Start and finish each day in Buderim
The vibe: We work hard, have a laugh and do things properly.
The work varies from regular lawn mowing and garden maintenance to big property clean-ups, hedging, pruning,
mulching and garden makeovers.
Depending on your experience, you'll either work alongside our team or work independently using a company ute and trailer.

Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper-snipping
Hedge trimming, pruning and weeding
Large garden clean-ups and clearing overgrowth
Garden tidy-ups and general maintenance
Loading and removing green waste
Mulching, garden edging and basic soft landscaping
Leaving every property clean and tidy
Skill & Experience
Gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or similar experience preferred
Confident using mowers, whipper snippers and other garden equipment
Hedge trimming and pruning experience highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Takes pride in doing a job properly
Works efficiently without cutting corners
Manual driver's licence and trailer experience highly regarded
Attitude and reliability matter more to us than having every skill already
