About the Position
Based at our Norwest Private Hospital practice, you will be a leader within our business and assist in further growing PRP.
Working with the Chief Radiographer, you will assist in leading and motivating the team that provides professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services.




You will play an active role in managing patients within the practice and developing strong relationships with our doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue.
You will identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues.
You will act as Chief Radiographer as required.
About You
You will be a current Senior Radiographer, who has experience within a leadership position.
You must be passionate about creating high performing teams that provide excellent patient care and reporting.
You will have well developed coaching skills with the ability to mentor graduates to senior technicians.
You must have outstanding stakeholder management skills.
You must have:
a Degree in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) - or equivalent
Experience in all general Radiography procedures
Mammography, CT and MRI experience desired but not compulsory
Current NSW EPA Licence and Working with Children Check
