Job Description
IT Support Officer - Brookvale based - up to $95K base
A well known, well regarded organisation, with a large user base.
They are based in the Brookvale‐Warringah area, and offer free parking on site.
There are also bus options nearby.
The role
The role is a mix of 1st and 2nd level tech support - most of the issues relating to password issues, connectivity problems, hardware & cybersecurity.
The workplace in Windows centric, and they run Active Directory and 365.
There is though also some Mac work
The IT team are high available & provide exceptional support to their user base.
They pride themselvers on providing an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
So what are we looking for?




Some commercial tech support experince, ideally from a Windows setting
Some IT certifications - probably a Cert IV or an IT Diploma.
MS or Cisco certs would also be beneficial
A real customer centric, approachable nature
Someone happy to come onsite to the workplace 5 days a week
