Job Description
NSW Health's South Western Sydney Local Health District seeks an Aboriginal Workforce Development Coordinator (Health Manager Lvl 2) for a temporary full time position.
The role focuses on developing Aboriginal workforce strategies, engaging communities and coordinating programs to advance recruitment, retention and career progression.
You will work with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal stakeholders, plan initiatives, and monitor outcomes while employing strong communication and project management
