Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to join a high-performing Corporate team?

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong corporate or commercial legal support experience who is looking for a long-term career prospect within a professional and collaborative setting.

You will provide dedicated support to senior Corporate lawyers, including Partners and fee earners,



assisting with the smooth running of their practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and competing priorities
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Matter management, billing and general administrative support
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Providing high-level support to the wider Corporate team

Do you have the following skillset?

We are looking for proactive Legal Assistant with previous experience supporting Corporate or Commercial lawyers. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload with confidence. Previous law firm experience is essential.
