Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the lead on one of Sydney's most impressive luxury home builds?
Our client is an award-winning residential builder based in the Eastern Suburbs, renowned for delivering architecturally designed custom homes to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.
They are currently seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead a $10m high-end residential project from the front.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager/Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard of finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all on-site construction activities and trade coordination
Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety and program are maintained
Liaising with the Contracts Administrator and Estimating team on procurement and program
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
Enforcing WHS compliance and site safety standards
Conducting quality control inspections and managing defects
Coordinating with architects, designers and clients on site




Maintaining program schedules and reporting on progress
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
Exposure to high-end custom homes or luxury residential projects
Strong knowledge of the NCC/BCA, WHS legislation and quality standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades
High attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship
Current Builder's Licence, White Card and relevant trade/construction qualifications
