Labourer / Trade Assistant – Pool Construction

We are looking for a motivated Labourer / Trade Assistant to join a busy and growing pool and outdoor construction team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors and learning new skills.
You don't need to be an experienced concreter – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning concreting and pool construction.
For the right person, there is plenty to learn and an opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career within the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the construction of swimming pools and surrounding areas
Helping experienced concreters prepare for and complete concrete pours
Learning basic concreting techniques and finishing
Site preparation and general labouring
Moving and preparing materials and equipment
Assisting with formwork and preparation for concrete
Helping with pool surrounds and other outdoor construction works
Keeping sites clean,



organised and safe
Learning from experienced tradespeople on the job
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is keen to learn concreting and construction
Enjoys physical, hands-on work
Is reliable and turns up ready to work
Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
Takes direction and is willing to learn
Wants more than "just another labouring job" and is interested in developing practical skills
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
Previous labouring, landscaping, construction or concreting experience would be great, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
