We're looking for a confident, A team player, customer-focusedMaintenance Plumbing Specialistto complete residential plumbing work while delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

Key Responsibilities
Attend residential properties for installations, repairs and upgrades
Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear, tailored solutions
Build rapport and trust with customers through qualified communication
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project delivery




Provide first-class customer service from start to finish
Who We're Looking For
Licensed Plumber & Drainer (maintenance experience preferred)
Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Takes pride in workmanship and professionalism — no shortcuts
Reliable, motivated and results-driven
Works well independently and within a team
Computer-literate and comfortable using job management software
Holds adriver's licenceandfull Australian work rights
