Mater Hospital Springfieldis seeking a compassionate and dedicatedRegistered Nursewanting to step into aClinical Nurserole to join ourInpatient Unitteam, in thisfull time, maximum termparental leave12-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive clinical environment where you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse inpatient cohort.
As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

Salary range: $***** - $***** per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff advantages!
What you'll be doing
Delivering optimal patient outcomes throughout every stage of the patient journey and continuum of care
Applying exceptional clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of procedures to manage patients with outstanding care
Integrating quality and risk management strategies seamlessly into daily service delivery
Collaborating effectively with the nursing team to ensure consistently exceptional care




Maintaining and advancing your professional skills and knowledge to support ongoing growth and development
About you
Current AHPRA nursing registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
2 years post grad experience as a Registered Nurse working in the Medical/ Rehab environment
Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to role model and promote the Mater values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels
Demonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation and decision-making skills
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Commitment to ensuring the levels of service is always delivered to patients
