SILC (Supporting Independent Living Co-operative) is seeking an experienced House Manager in Denistone NSW to lead a Supported Independent Living home for two young men with non-verbal Level 3 autism.
This full time role blends admin/leadership (3 days, 24 hours) with 2 days on direct floor shifts, focusing on person-centred, predictable supports.
