About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager, a practical all-rounder role - not just sitting in the office and telling others what to do.
You'll be dealing with guests, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, solving problems, coordinating staff and contractors, and helping with basic maintenance issues when needed.
The hotel is located in The Entrance ****, a coastal area around an hour from North Sydney.
Key responsibilities
Deal with guests, suppliers, contractors and external authorities
Keep day-to-day hotel operations running smoothly
Solve problems and deal with issues as they come up
Coordinate staff and contractors
Help with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
About you
Robust English communication skills and confidence dealing with people from all walks of life
Some management experience or strong management skills
Practical,



hands-on and willing to get involved
Able to solve problems and make sound decisions
Confident, resilient and adaptable
Basic maintenance, handyman or troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
Interested in building a long-term career and becoming part of the local community
Open to relocating to the area for the right opportunity
