Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador - Brisbane International Airport

Biosota Organics is a premium Australian Manuka honey brand with a growing presence across

retail, travel retail and international markets.

We are looking for a confident, motivated and commercially minded Sales Representative & Brand

About the role

This is a varied sales role combining business development, relationship building and premium customer-facing brand representation, including opportunities within Brisbane Airport travel retail. The role suits someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than simply servicing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects across Brisbane
Approach prospective retail and B2B customers and build new account relationships
Conduct product presentations, follow-ups and customer visits
Represent Biosota at selected retail and promotional activities
Engage customers, educate them about Australian Manuka honey and actively drive sales
Provide useful customer, competitor and market feedback

About you

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
Sales or business development
Premium retail,



duty free or airport retail
Pharmacy, health and wellness, FMCG, beauty or luxury retail

More importantly, you will be:
Confident approaching recent people and comfortable asking for the sale
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
Commercially focused and results driven
Skilled, reliable and well presented
Comfortable working across both B2B and customer-facing environments

Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, Korean or Japanese, would be highly regarded. A current ASIC or previous Brisbane Airport / duty-free experience will be highly regarded.
