Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is not required.
Training to use our systems will be provided on the job
Confidence in working on Apple Mac, MS Office and emailing skills
Excellent telephone, writing and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to work flexible hours per our clinic opening hours.
Monday – Friday, 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salaries will be guided by the Health Professionals and support services Award
Your role:
Manage the day-to-day running of the reception area
Answer telephone and online inquiries in a timely and informed manner
Manage patient appointment schedules
Sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence, scanning, and filing in the computer system
Process patient payments, invoices, and receipts.
Manage referrals, including checking patient's eligibility
General office duties
Willingness to learn Apple Mac systems with on-the-job training provided.
Casual position to start with possible permanent or part time position if you are a positive fit to our office.
