About the Role
We are seeking reliable and capable Crop Hands to support all aspects of cultivation and post-harvest.
This role suits individuals who are hands-on, efficient, and able to work at pace, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
You will be involved across the full crop cycle within a fully indoor grow environment, including plant maintenance and post-harvest processing, with a strong focus on productivity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planting, transplanting, and general crop maintenance
Perform pruning, defoliation, and plant care
Support harvest activities including bucking and trimming
Maintain consistent quality and presentation of finished product
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Monitor and report plant health issues (pests, disease, deficiencies)




Follow irrigation, feeding, and environmental procedures
Maintain strict hygiene and biosecurity standards
Accurately complete required logs and documentation
About You
Good hand skills and strong manual dexterity
Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
Comfortable working to targets and timelines
High attention to detail and consistency
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or controlled environment growing
Previous cannabis cultivation or trimming experience
Proven ability to work in fast-paced production environments
Understanding of plant health, irrigation, or nutrients

Important Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear criminal history check (within the past 5 years)
Applicants must meet fit and proper person requirements in line with regulatory standards
