What you'll do
Develop personalised impact reports and stewardship communications for Mater Foundation's highest-value donors.
Research, write and edit compelling content that demonstrates the impact of philanthropic support.
Interview clinicians, researchers, patients and stakeholders to uncover meaningful stories and outcomes.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to create tailored communications aligned with donor interests and priorities.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of stewardship materials, including content, design, photography, videography and print production.
Support the development of Annual Review content, Cases for Support and other strategic philanthropic engagement initiatives.
About you
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, PR or media
You are a naturally curious storyteller who knows how to ask great questions, build trusted relationships and find the information needed to create high-quality content.
You bring:
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Experience developing high-quality communications, publications or reports.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
Experience interviewing individuals and developing stories from complex or sensitive subject matter.
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality work.
A collaborative approach, balancing creativity and initiative with the ability to work within agreed stakeholder objectives.
Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery within agreed deadlines.
Experience within fundraising, philanthropy, not-for-profit, healthcare or higher education sectors desirable.
