Job Description
Client Services & Graphic Designer - Print & Prepress Artwork
Kwik Kopy Printing, Blacktown - Kings Park NSW
Full Time | Onsite | Kings Park NSW | Monday-Friday
A outstanding role for an organised client services all-rounder or practical graphic designer.
Enjoy helping customers, staying organised and getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
This hybrid role could be a great fit for someone confident using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign daily for practical print artwork setup, simple edits and basic fixes.
You'll be busy here, but in a good way: talking to customers, coordinating jobs, preparing quotes, preparing artwork and learning how real-world printing works.
You'll work in a small, genuinely friendly team where reliable and capable people are trusted to get things done.
This is a client-services-first role (70%), supported by practical graphic design and pre-press artwork (30%).
We value attitude, organisation and work ethic just as much as experience.
If you bring practical Adobe skills, great organisation and a positive mindset, we'll teach you the rest.
Full training provided on our print products, systems and workflows if you're new to the print industry.
Part Time and Casual Options are available.
Why you'll love working here
Stable, long-term prospect with a trusted national brand
Monday-Friday only - no weekends
Genuinely friendly, supportive small team
Real variety across client services, administration, graphic design, artwork
A busy day that flies
Real ownership and responsibility
Opportunity to build valuable skills and career across both customer service and the print industry
What you'll do
Client services & job coordination (70%)
Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, walk‐ins)
Prepare quotes, invoices and job documentation
Coordinate print and signage jobs from start to finish
Keep multiple jobs organised and moving
Recommend suitable print solutions
Maintain accurate job files and records
Assist with occasional physical tasks (lifting/moving boxes)
Graphic design & pre-press artwork (30%)
Prepare accurate print-ready artwork
Make layout edits, typesetting and artwork adjustments
Troubleshoot artwork issues (resize, crop, fonts, resolution, colour, bleed)
Ensure files are accurate and production-ready
Assist with occasional new print design work
This is practical print artwork - not a conceptual or creative agency role.
You'll use Adobe Illustrator and InDesign daily.
You should be comfortable with the common tools and tasks used in print artwork, including file setup, resizing, bleed, margins, layers, typography, basic layouts and straightforward artwork corrections.
This is not a sales role.
There is no cold calling or selling.
You'll simply help customers find suitable print solutions when required.
You'll enjoy this role if you...
Enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service
Stay organised in a rapid-moving environment
Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail
Can comfortably multitask and manage interruptions
Communicate clearly and confidently
Take ownership and follow tasks through
Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Essential skills
Strong client service and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple jobs
Confident using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign daily for practical print artwork setup and edits
Demonstrated real-world Adobe experience
High attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisation, administration and problem-solving skills
We're looking for practical, hands-on Adobe ability - not advanced creative design skills.
