You'll bring strong end-to-end payroll processing capability and the confidence to hit the ground running from day one.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across a large employee base, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
This role suits someone who is technically strong, detail-orientedand comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and within required timeframes across a large workforce
Interpret and apply Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation
Perform payroll reconciliations, month-end reporting, and compliance activities
Respond to and resolve payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
Support payroll audits, process improvement initiatives, and broader payroll team activities
About You
Proven experience in a Senior Payroll Officer or similar end-to-end payroll role
Strong working knowledge of Contemporary Awards and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator with a professional and solutions-focused approach
