Our client are breeders and suppliers of full-blood Wagyu heifers and Wagyu bulls on all the Wagyu auctions held throughout the year.
They are currently looking for aCustomer Service Managerto join their team in Vacy, NSW.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Adhere to and manage the approved office budget;
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports;
Apply resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;
Build up a new customer base for our new property and stud initiative;
Develop service procedures, policies and standards;
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions;




Keep ahead of the Wagyu industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement;
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
Mentor and develop all staff to ensure an excellent customer service experience;
Set a transparent mission and deploy strategies focused towards a satisfied customer;
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
This is a full time position, an immediate start is available.
A remuneration package of $80,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
