Business Manager (F&I;) – OTE $160k+ Uncapped | Hillcrest
Are you a driven Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager looking to join a high-volume dealership with strong earning potential?
Westpoint Autos Hillcrest is part of the long-established Westpoint Autos Group (est. ****).
Representing Geely, Nissan, GAC, GWM, Hyundai plus many more brands our Hillcrest dealership continues to grow with brands and delivers strong monthly vehicle volume with consistent finance opportunities.
We are now looking for an Experienced Business Manager (F&I;) to join our team and help maximize finance and insurance opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the role
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance,



insurance and aftermarket products to customers while working closely with the sales team to maximise every chance.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant and professional finance process for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Structuring and presenting finance and insurance solutions
Maximising finance penetration and dealership profitability
Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
Maintaining full compliance with lending and regulatory requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with finance partners
Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as an Automotive F&I; Business Manager
Has strong product knowledge and finance structuring ability
Is highly motivated and target-driven
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Maintains a strong focus on compliance and customer experience
