Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee operational and financial metrics for a portfolio of clients in Australia.
You will forecast projects, lead delivery improvements, and drive high client satisfaction while managing resources and budgets.
The role requires 5–7 years in managed services with offshore teams, ERP experience(HCM/Finance/Payroll),and robust client-facing skills.
ITIL awareness and Workday exposure are a plus.
