About the role
As an Accounts & Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a quick-paced workplace.
Key responsibilities
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Conducting daily bank reconciliations and transaction monitoring
Issuing invoices and managing debtor follow-ups
Assisting with payroll, BAS preparation, and financial reporting
Data entry, maintaining financial records, and managing internal finance systems
Providing administrative support for finance, compliance, and operational projects
About you




1–3 years' experience in an accounts or finance-related role
Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Accounting or finance qualifications (highly regarded)
