ABOUT US JDA Collective is a family-owned and award-winning hospitality group operating thirteen (13) premium hospitality venues across NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

As our group continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and motivated hospitality leaders to join our teams across multiple venues in Duty Manager and Venue Licensee positions.

Leading daily venue operations across bar, bistro, gaming and functions
Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
Managing,



mentoring and developing front of house teams
Ensuring compliance with Liquor & Gaming regulations, RSA and venue procedures
Managing cash handling, tills, gaming and venue security procedures
Assisting with rostering, labour control and operational reporting
Driving team culture, performance and accountability
Supporting venue promotions, entertainment and event operations
Working closely with Operations Management and support teams to achieve venue goals
Positions on offer will be full-time depending on the venue and level of experience.
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Successful candidates will ideally possess:
At least 1 year or more previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Licensee role
Must hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor Qualification
Strong operational knowledge of pubs, gaming and hospitalityenvironmentsCurrentRSA, RCG/RSG and relevant licensing qualifications
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
Strong understanding of compliance and venue operations
Skilled presentation and customer-focused attitude
Availability to work flexible hospitality hours
A passion for hospitality, leadership and creating memorable guest experiences is essential.
SALARY: $79,000 – $90,000 per year BENEFITS: Employee discounts
