A large and well-established for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experiencedRoving Care Managerto support its residential aged care homes across NSW.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly into theRegional Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership across a portfolio of homes, stepping in during periods ofCare Manager leave, vacancies and other business needs.
You will have the opportunity to work across different facilities, meet new teams, experience different environments and use your expertise to provide stability and strong leadership when it is needed most.
What's on offer:
$150,000 – $160,000 + Super
Roving position working acrossresidential aged care homes throughout NSW
Alltravel, accommodation and associated expenses fully covered
Support homes duringCare Manager leave and vacancies
Direct reporting line to theRegional Manager

About You
We are looking for an experienced and confident residential aged care leader who can quickly adapt to different homes, teams and operational environments.
To be considered, you will have:
CurrentAHPRA Registered Nurse registration
2+ years' Care Manager experiencewithin Residential Aged Care
Strong clinical and people leadership capability
The confidence to step into a new environment and quickly establish rapport with teams
Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance and compliance




A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different locations
A genuine willingness totravel throughout NSW
Robust communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
