We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Manager to lead our team at a number of our locations across Sydney.
We're seeking someone passionate about hospitality and leadership to take it to the next level.
What We're Looking For:
A natural leader with strong hospitality andbarista experience(both are essential!)
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously
Excellentcommunicationandcustomer serviceskills
Someone who thrives in afast-paced environmentand brings energy to the team
A team player who is also confident making decisions and leading from the front
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading and mentoring a passionate team
Managing stock, ordering, and minimising wastage




Overseeing quality control and food presentation
Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met
Creating and managing staff rosters
Maintaining smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen
Making top-quality coffee and working the register
Setting up attractive product displays
Keeping service areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
