About the Chance
This entry level position is your chance to start a long term career underground with Redpath.
We're looking for individuals who show initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Our goal is to support your progression through the ranks — with the opportunity to develop into a Senior Driller.
Responsibilities
2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
Rotating day and night shifts
Physically demanding role working underground in small, close knit teams
You'll receive hands on training across all aspects of raiseboring, including:
Rod handling
Drill rig maintenance
Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment to and from sites
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Must be based in or around Orange
Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
Current Working at Heights Certificate
First Aid Certificate (within the last 3 years)
Minimum 3 months' experience in a labour-intensive role
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening
Ability and willingness to work underground
