About the role
Ready to lead at a strategic level?
We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Director to join our YMCA Everleigh Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis.
As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality programs, strong compliance and a safe, inclusive environment for children.
You will lead the service through your leadership team while building robust partnerships with families, schools and the community.

What you'll do
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the service
Act as Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with National Law and Regulations
Lead delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework
Oversee service performance,



including financial sustainability and enrolments
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Build strong relationships with families, schools and the community
Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
What you'll bring
Relevant tertiary qualification in ECEC, Teaching or Community Services
Demonstrated leadership experience in OSHC or children's services
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
Experience managing service operations, teams and budgets
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Blue Card, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
A strong commitment to child safety and inclusion
