Iconic (NSW) is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to lead and oversee our team in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Located at 61 Corymbia Road, Werrington NSW ****, our warehouse operates from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday and specialises in scaffolding equipment and materials.
We are looking for someone who is leadership-focused, social and enjoys working closely with a team.
You will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse running smoothly while leading a team of approximately 6 people.
This role involves repetitive movements and manual handling of scaffolding items weighing on average between 2-15kg.
We are looking for a reliable and energetic candidate with consistent availability and a strong work ethic.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Leading and overseeing a team of approximately 6 employees
Supporting, inspiring and working alongside the warehouse team
Ensuring the day-to-day warehouse operations run efficiently
Cleaning, stacking and counting scaffold materials
Assisting with preparing scaffold orders required for site
General warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and organised
Sorting and organising scaffold materials
To Be Suitable, You Must
Have previous leadership or team-leading experience
Be leadership-focused and confident managing a team
Be social, approachable and able to communicate well with others
Enjoy working as part of a team and creating a positive workplace environment
Be punctual and reliable
Have a positive and friendly attitude and be willing to have a go
Be energetic and have a strong work ethic
Have forklift experience and be licensed
Have previous scaffolding experience (preferred but not essential)
