We're looking for a Senior Treatment Plant Operator join our Oxley team!
This is a permanent opportunity which will see you join a collaborative team to carry out the operations and maintenance of our Oxley Resource Recovery Centre.
You'll keep the plant running safely, compliant and performing well, and you'll have a say in how things get done better.
What you'll be doing:
Monitoring plant performance and adjusting processes to stay compliant
Using SCADA, lab results and monitoring data to keep performance on track
Keeping equipment maintained and directing maintenance work
Spotting problems early - before they become bigger problems
Responding to incidents and emergencies, and figuring out what went wrong
Writing and improving site procedures, and backing safety initiatives
Leading, coaching and supporting junior operators
About You
Solid hands-on experience running water or sewerage treatment plants (or similar processing experience)
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make calls under pressure
Experience leading or coaching a team
Current C class driver's license
Trade qualification is a bonus, not a dealbreaker




Willing to work a shift roster, including On Call and Emergency call-outs
