Job Description
Inchcape Australasia is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for our Port Kembla operations team.
You will lead frontline teams across workshop, yard and wharf, drive daily targets and maintain safety and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
You'll coordinate resources, monitor performance and work with supervisors to keep the operation running efficiently while supporting broader production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
