We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us.
This role is for someone who wants to apply deep expertise across multiple operating companies.
Someone who wants to influence outcomes beyond a single project or business.
And someone who wants to work with specialists across one of the world's leading construction and infrastructure groups
What you will do
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a designated portfolio, ensuring critical hiring needs are met across project and corporate environments.
Partner with hiring leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and workforce planning teams to develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
Build and maintain talent pipelines that support current and future workforce requirements across multiple operating companies.
Drive exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through proactive communication, effective process management and quality delivery.
Use recruitment data, labour market intelligence and continuous improvement practices to optimise hiring outcomes.
What you will bring
Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes across both professional and operational workforce segments in similar or related industries.
Proven success managing complex, high-volume or project-based recruitment across multiple disciplines and locations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions.




Experience developing sourcing strategies, talent pipelines and market-mapping approaches to attract quality talent.
A professional approach grounded in accountability, ownership, integrity and delivery, with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
