Job Description
SkyeRV, an Australian caravan manufacturer, seeks a Customer Liaison Officer to manage communications throughout the customer journey—from enquiry and sales to manufacturing, delivery and post-delivery support.
This role centers on customer liaison and relationship management; CRM implementation experience is a plus.
You will drive customer experience, maintain records, and collaborate with teams to improve processes in a lean business.
