About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist & Housekeeper to join us on a casual basis at Tasman Holiday Parks – Myola.
In this role, you'll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.
You will be responsible for:
Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous




Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
This position may occasionally require working additional duties in Housekeeping.
This role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods.
