About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in Northern NSW.
You'll drive performance, champion a positive team culture, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver for our customers day to day.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team with a transparent, results-driven focus
Develop and execute change management plans across the operation
Monitor performance against KPIs, with a strong focus on DIFOT
Communicate clearly and transparently across all levels of the team
Identify and provide development opportunities to help your team grow with the business




Troubleshoot basic technical issues and adapt processes to new digital tools and platforms
Maintain high standards of organisation across the site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven experience leading teams in an operations orwarehouse/productionenvironment
A track record of successfully planning and executing change management initiatives
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with a focus on DIFOT
Strong communication skills - clear, transparent and confident across all levels
Proficiency with up-to-date digital tools and software, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
A positive, motivating leadership style that builds a happy, high-performing culture
