Roster:14 Days On, 7 Days Off
Location: BIBO/FIFO from Darwin, NT

We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Northern Territory and Far NorthQueenslandoperations.Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.
The Role
Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
Work in a high-volume catering environment
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
Deliver consistent quality and presentation
Work as part of a supportive kitchen team
These are BIBO/FIFO roles from Darwin on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days.




Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.
About You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Able to work well in a team and independently
Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
