Job Description
BlueCare, part of UnitingCare, is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to provide client-centered in-home care across Lowood, Laidley and surrounding areas.
You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop and review personalised care plans, and support with daily living tasks while following each client's care plan.
Role involves travel to clients' homes, engaging in community activities, and ensuring documentation is up to date in CRM/CMS.
