Service Stream is seeking a proactive Facilities Administrator to support its national property portfolio.
The role is hybrid and based in Melbourne, covering up to 12 months of maternity leave.
You will coordinate maintenance, manage service requests, and ensure safety, compliance and high service standards across multiple sites.
You will liaise with landlords, contractors and internal teams, maintain records, assist with budgets, and provide timely reporting to the Facilities team.
