Experienced Field Service Fitter/Site Supervisor - DAY SHIFT ONLY
We're looking for a highly skilled Field Service Fitter and Supervisor to take full responsibility for maintenance delivery across the Hunter Valley.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Strong field service or mobile plant maintenance experience
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead from the front and drive high standards
Strong expertise across CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
Advanced fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while effectively managing priorities
Confident communicator who builds robust relationships with colleagues and clients
Strong safety focus with experience working in mining and/or construction environments
