We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Trainee Receptionist to join our Ballina office.
About the Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to begin your career in a qualified office environment through a structured 12-month traineeship.
As part of this role, you will formally undertake a Certificate III in Business (Administration), gaining practical, on-the-job experience combined with nationally recognised training.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in supporting our team.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and managing front desk reception
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
Data entry and scanning documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, well-presented, and qualified
Eager to learn and committed to completing a Certificate III in Business (Administration)
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge an advantage)
Able to work well in a team environment
No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
