Investor Relations Analyst (Graduate level) - Property Fund

Our client is a leading Property Investment Manager seeking a recent graduate to join their Wholesale Investor Relations team.

This is an amazing junior opportunity for arecent graduateto join a leading ASX listed Property Investment Manager in Sydney. Our client loves to promote their staff internally and move them around teams to grow and build experience, so this is a great career starting opportunity in property investment management.

We are seeking recent graduates from 2023 / 2024 in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related degree with a maximum of 12 months of relevant ( ideally funds management) experience.

You will be responsible for:
Lead initiatives to improve the overall investor experience, ensuring seamless processes and transparent communication.
Oversee and optimise the investor portal, enabling investors to easily access statements, reports, and updates.
RFI and DDQ support, including automation of responses using AI
Support the investor onboarding process, including compliance requirements (e.g., KYC/AML)
Administer capital calls and distributions, ensuring timely and accurate communication with investors.




Address and resolve wholesale investor queries, including technical questions about fund structures, tax, and performance.
Drive improvements to the share registry function by implementing best practices and enhancing systems.
Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports and other periodic updates.
Assist other teams with adhoc tasks when needed, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.

Experience:
Recent graduate (2023 / 2024) in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related degree
Strong MS office skills– Powerpoint and Excel especially
Microsoft Dynamiocs 365 CRM ( ideal but not needed)
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
Outgoing personality and ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business and externally with Investors.
Tech savviness and ability to assist with process improvement and automation of tasks using AI
Robust attention to detail and prioritisation skills;
MUST BE Australian Citizen or PR.
