We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our rental department in Artarmon, with a robust focus on quality control, workflow planning, team performance, and time management.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and supporting a small rental equipment operations team to deliver exceptional service
Ensuring high accuracy and speed in rental contract preparation and dispatch
Planning daily workflows to meet tight turnaround times and client expectations
Overseeing inventory control and equipment availability
Driving continuous improvement across rental processes and systems
Collaborating with sales, service, and admin teams to ensure seamless customer delivery
Reporting on key performance indicators and team progress
About you:
You’re a proactive, organised leader with a knack for people and process. You thrive in fast-paced settings where quality, clarity, and teamwork are non-negotiable.
Previous experience in a coordination, team lead or supervisor role (rental, logistics or technical preferred)
Excellent time and workflow management skills—you keep operations running like clockwork
Strong people management skills with a coaching and performance mindset
High attention to detail with a commitment to service quality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for continuous improvement and doing things "easier and faster"
