An exciting opportunity is available for a Process Validation Specialist to join their Rutherford manufacturing facility on an initial 4-month contract. Working within the Validation team, you will support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.

This is a documentation-focused role suited to candidates with experience authoring validation protocols and reports, analysing validation data, reviewing batch documentation and collaborating with Quality and Production teams within a regulated manufacturing workplace.

Duties:
Author and review process validation protocols and reports
Support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities




Analyse validation data and prepare technical reports
Review batch and manufacturing documentation
Ensure validation protocols are executed in accordance with requirements
Coordinate sample collection and validation activities
Liaise with Production teams regarding validation planning and execution
Liaise with Quality teams to support GMP compliance and document approval
Support recent product introduction activities
Assist with validation-related deviations, investigations and CAPAs
Support process improvement initiatives and manufacturing operations as required

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
3+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or cosmetics manufacturing environments
Direct validation experience within a regulated GMP workplace
Experience authoring validation protocols and validation reports
