Join our energetic team as a Service Co-ordinator at Edge Industries, a leading Construction Services Maintenance company in Banyo, Brisbane. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven co-ordinator to join our team, someone who enjoys organising people's schedules, likes problem solving, all while delivering great customer service.

Key responsibilities

Co-ordinate and schedule daily rosters to field staff

Co-ordinate subcontractors across Queensland

Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service

Ensure jobs are delivered to meet customer KPI's

Assist with reporting and demonstrate robust software skills

Manage general incoming quote requests, work orders and projects

Reconcile and oversee client portals and current client worksheets

Handle final invoicing submissions with accuracy

Manage technicians' daily job cards and run sheets

Upload job details to the web-based portal (Simpro)

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role





Background in service coordination, scheduling or project administration for construction industry

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Forward thinker with the ability to thrive in a high-volume workplace

Solid communication and negotiation skills and initiative taking capability

Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented workplace

Experience with Simpro is advantageous, but not essential

Competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + Superannuation

Banyo location with easy access to motor way and Banyo eateries
